Descendant of Abednego Inman and of Samuel McSpadden, of Tennessee.
        Daughter of Shadrach Walker Inman and Katherine Lea, his wife.
        Granddaughter of John Ritchie Inman and Jame Walker, his wife; Preston Jarnagin Lea and Mary Peck, his wife.
        Gr.-granddaughter of Abednego Inman and Mary Ritchie, his wife; Benjamin Peck and Kesiah McSpadden, his wife.

    Abednego Inman, (1752-1831), served under Sevier in the defense of the colony and carried scars to his death of Indian and border warfare. He was born in England and died in Dandridge, Tenn.
    Samuel McSpadden, (1756-1844), was placed on the pension roll of Jefferson county, 1834, for service as private in the Virginia militia. He was born in Virginia and died in Jefferson Co., Tenn.
